Alexandria Smith is a Licensed Resident in Counseling. She received her Master of Education in Counseling and Human Development from Lindsey Wilson College.
Alexandria has experience in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Reality Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. She values spending time cultivating genuine rapport with her clients to establish trust in the therapeutic relationship. Alexandria works with clients who are experiencing concerns such as grief and loss,low self-esteem, past trauma, anxiety, depression, and ADHD.
She is passionate about de-stigmatizing mental health treatment and supporting the mission to make mental health care more accessible to all. In her free time, Alexandria enjoys reading, cooking, and traveling.
