I enjoy working with adolescents and adults to address a variety of issues related to anxiety, depression, substance abuse, navigating difficult relationships, managing work-related stress, as well as adjusting to all that life throws your way. I use an integrative approach to counseling, to include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered, solution focused, and motivational interviewing.
