(He/Him)
As a military veteran, I have seen firsthand how the stigma surrounding mental health can affect individuals and prevent them from seeking the care they deserve. I believe it's essential to treat mental health with the same importance as physical health, especially in today's post-pandemic world, where the constant flow of negativity can feel overwhelming.
I believe therapy should be a space where individuals feel safe, free of judgment, and able to develop trust. It is within this environment that meaningful work can take place—work that empowers clients to explore their concerns, process difficult emotions, and ultimately reach their personal goals. My approach is rooted in providing a person-centered space that meets each client where they are.
I work with clients across all ages—from children to adults—utilizing a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy techniques. These approaches allow us to focus on identifying thought patterns and behaviors, while also finding practical solutions to current challenges. My goal is to support you on your journey toward mental wellness, helping you gain clarity, build resilience, and live your life to its fullest potential.
“If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.” – Wayne Dyer
