Let’s be honest, life sometimes feels overwhelming and difficult. When we go through difficult moments and feel isolated it can be hard to know which direction to turn. In these moments it’s important to gain a different perspective which often comes from other people. It is my hope that I will be able to listen and help you through these difficult times through the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered therapeutic approaches. I work with individuals and families that are experiencing difficulties including depression, anxiety, parenting issues, grief & loss, and life changes. It may take some time to work through these difficult circumstances. However, I can guarantee that you won’t be going through them alone. We can work through these stressors one step at a time and learn how to move forward.
