I work with clients by offering psychotherapy integrated with art-making and/or evidenced-based practices (CBT, solution-focused, & EMDR Therapy). My therapeutic approach utilizes nonverbal expressing and exploration through a variety of art materials, play therapy, and/or eye movement desensitization and reprocessing techniques in addition to verbal processing. I take a multi-sensory, creative, strengths-based approach to therapy that meets each client’s individual needs. My goal is to provide a space where my clients can express their thoughts and feelings, learn more about themselves, and find the support and solutions they are seeking. I encourage my clients to engage in the creative process to facilitate communication, insight, self-awareness, social-emotional development, and personal growth. Through a non-judgmental compassionate lens, I hope to work with you and begin your process of healing. Together, we can uniquely explore your feelings, thoughts, relationships, and goals to bring to light a better you. Treatment can address mood disorders, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, grief, assault and abuse survivors, PTSD, or other stress-related issues.
