Hello, I’m Kelsey (LPC, CCTP). I am glad you found me.
My heart lies in working with women and adolescents, guiding them through life’s challenges to find healing and growth. With PTSD/trauma as my focus, and my understanding of the complexity of how compounded stress impacts our lives, I have trained in trauma specific modalities which enables me to work with the client to remove the pain/feelings of the trauma and restore life to the pre-trauma level of functioning.
Emotional health is as much about the body as it is the brain. In my practice, I work with the somatic self and whole-body wellness while working through trauma – promoting emotional regulation and targeting long-held stress. My clinical focus is evidence based and goal oriented so clients can experience real life relief.
Helping women navigate their unique journeys and witnessing their growth and resilience is truly fulfilling to me. My goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported throughout your therapeutic journey.
