Training Summary: In Virginia the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Exam (NCMHCE) is utilized as one of the prerequisites for counseling licensure (LPC). The exam is uniquely designed to test for the skills needed to work as a licensed mental health professional in Virginia. This training has been designed to empower residents in counseling and masters students to pass the NCMHCE by providing an overview of test content areas and strategies specific to excelling at the NCHMCE exam. In addition participants will be given an opportunity to practice applying the test strategies to several specific case study examples. Prior to attending the training please download the Kahoot! application to your smartphone.

5 Attendees will gain a tried and true TEST STRATEGY specifically designed to assist residents in counseling to pass the NCMHCE
